Is there another kind? No, there isn’t… not if you want to create a culturally sustainable success model where your people follow you because they want to instead of because they have to.  If you are in or want to be in leadership for what you can get out of it – as opposed to what you can give to the people whose engagement, performance, and success you are responsible for – go do something else. Please. Workplaces already have too many of your kind.
